Cotton Cleaner Belts

Varibelt® Cotton Cleaner Belts are specially designed and manufactured for driving the cylinders on inclined cleaner machines and cotton gins. They have been proven in field tests to perform equal to or better than any other brand of cotton cleaner belts.

The tensile cords of Varibelt® Cotton Cleaner Belts which can be made of steel or Kevlar, have extreme load carrying capability which provides ultra-high strength for the most demanding jobs

The synthetic fiber fabric which is resistant to oil, heat and ozone allows for superior wear resistance for long belt life.

The rubber compound which is formulated for superior adhesion to tensile cords and tooth facing fabric; grants resistance to tooth shear and provides flexibility to further increase belt life.
