VARIBELT*VX® Double Sided HTD Type Timing Belts have teeth on both sides which provide two driving surfaces in positive drive applications. Strong belt engagement and synchronized power transmission capacity from both sides, is achieved.
VARIBELT*VX® Double Sided HTD Type Timing Belts also become an alternative solution to gear and roller chains with multi-pulley and reverse rotation drives. They are suitable for rotation reversal, multi-point drives, serpentine drives and other unique drive designs. With teeth on both sides, they are not only able to synchronize the motion of multiple shafts in serpentine drives but also they can work with shafts turning in opposite directions.

Constructional Details;
• Teeth is covered with high wear or abrasion resistant, stretchable nylon fabric which provides high strength to teeth profile for longer service life
• Special treated glass cord is used in the center which makes the belt stronger and prevents elongation
• The innovative rubber compound is reinforced with special fiber (hardness 74 ShA) which allows for dimensional stability and improved belt engagement which reduces noise.
Now made with EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), a synthetic rubber with outstand- ing properties, VARIBELT VX® Dual (Double sided) Timing Belts (HTD Series) are static conduc- tive, more durable, and more resistant to heat, hardening, and glazing than ever before.
